My Approach
I first started Hot Mess Weight Loss some years back because I knew what it felt like to be stuck — not just in my body, but in my mind, in my habits, in my life. It was important to me to bring more relatability to others. I was nearly 500 pounds, barely able to walk from my bed to the sofa without feeling like my legs were going to give out. I felt invisible, like I had lost myself completely. But I also knew I wasn’t alone. And once I made the decision to stop waiting for the perfect moment and start showing up — tired, overwhelmed, and all — everything changed.
Through slow, steady, realistic changes and a shift in mindset, I didn’t just lose weight. I rebuilt my relationship with myself. I started waking up at 5 AM, moving my body, setting boundaries, and actually liking who I saw in the mirror. The truth is, weight loss wasn’t the ultimate goal — it was a side effect of removing the deeper obstacles I didn’t even know were holding me back.
That is the foundation of Hot Mess Weight Loss — a judgment-free space for people to work on real-life things like motivation, emotional eating, consistency, body image, and the mental roadblocks that keep us stuck. And over time, it became clear that the work I do goes way beyond weight loss — which is why weight loss is not our only focus.
We just dive deeper. This helps people rediscover who they are, reconnect with their purpose, establish routines that actually fit their life, unpack emotional burnout, build healthier relationships with food, clean up the chaos at home, so they can start healing the parts of themselves they’ve been ignoring for too long.
Whether you’re here to lose weight, get your life together, or finally start choosing yourself — you’re in the right place. You don’t have to do it alone anymore.

Areas of Expertise
Sustainable Weight Loss Coaching
I help people break free from extreme diets and all-or-nothing mindsets by focusing on realistic, consistent lifestyle changes. Weight loss becomes the natural result of building habits that support your mind, body, and everyday life.
Overcoming Emotional Eating
We uncover the root causes behind emotional eating and develop tools to manage stress, loneliness, guilt, and exhaustion without turning to food. It’s about learning to meet your needs with compassion, not punishment.
Self-Love and Body Confidence
I teach you how to start showing up for yourself before you’re “ready,” and to love who you are at every stage. True transformation starts when you believe you’re worth the effort, no matter your size.
Mindset and Motivation Coaching
Shifting how you think about yourself and your goals is where the real change begins. I help you find motivation that lasts and teach you how to bounce back when things get hard — because they will get hard.
Building Routines & Daily Structure
Together, we create simple, sustainable routines that help you feel more in control of your time, energy, and priorities. This isn’t about perfection — it’s about creating consistency that fits your real life.
Mental Load & Emotional Burnout Recovery
We identify the hidden stressors draining your energy — from decision fatigue to invisible responsibilities — and work on redistributing and releasing what’s no longer serving you. You don’t have to carry it all to be enough.
Creating a Healthier Relationship with Food
I guide you in rebuilding trust with your body and food, without guilt, shame, or restrictive rules. You’ll learn how to nourish yourself in a way that feels good, not forced.
Rediscovering Identity & Purpose
Many people lose themselves in survival mode. I help you reconnect with who you really are and what actually lights you up — outside of the roles, expectations, and labels.
Home & Life Organization Support
Sometimes chaos in your environment reflects chaos inside. I help clients establish doable systems for cleaning, decluttering, and organizing their space in a way that supports their goals and mental peace.
Accountability & Ongoing Support
Change doesn’t happen overnight, and you don’t have to figure it all out alone. I offer consistent guidance, support, and check-ins to help you stay focused, encouraged, and moving forward — even when life gets messy.
